Why I dont like Ritz Carlton
Why I dont like Ritz Carlton

Ritz Carlton's bed is also very nice. But I absolutely cannot stand the decor of these classic hotels. Look at the curtain!!! I cannot tell the difference between these curtains and those in Marriot Courtyard.

Fried oyster with green salad (Thai lime dressing)
My Yummy Lunch!!
Had to work in Eureka today. My flight was at 8:45am, that means I have to get up at 6:30am to get to the airport. I hate morning flights. To treat myself, I went to a restaurant called Hurricane Kates in Old Town Eureka and ordered this wonderful lunch plate. The oyster was slightly greasy, but overall, very tasty. The highlight was the salad dressing, thai-lime dressing, tangy, appetizing, goes really well with my salad. All for $11.95

Hole in the Wall restaurant in Hong Kong
I ate most of this dish when I remembered I want to post this on the blog. It looks really spicy but it's not THAT spicy. I have no clue what it is, but it is a vegetarian dish with alot of spices. Very yummy indeed! Yeah, it looks like worms in this picture, but it's NOT.
This is a very famous HK dish : Stirred Fry spicy/garlicky crab. Yes, I made up the name. One word, super flavorful!!

McDonald's Red Bean Pie
Hong Kong McDonald has limited edition pies every now and then, this Spring, I get to try this. It is filled with red bean paste, a bit sweet, but very delicious!! HKD$6
Krispy Creme in Hong Kong?
Cannot believe they've invaded asia!! I don't eat donuts, so I have no clue whether it is expensive or not. My friend Sara said it's very good, but I have no desire to eat donuts in Hong Kong. That green one is green tea donut.Hong Kong Style Barbeque!!
I love Hong Kong Style bbq. Everyone get there own long fork to hold your food. This kind of remind me how we have to hike a long way (hours) carrying coals, food, games, etc, and spend like an hour trying to get the fire going. Nowadays, you drive there, the pit is set for you, you line up for a huge plate of food including chicken wings, sausages, steak, squid, fish balls, whatever you can think of, all for HKD$75 (also include a bottle of water and a cold drink). We got there at 5pm and stayed till midnight. We had an amazing evening!!
