- It all started in this dinky gym at Hyatt, Thousand Oaks. I was in my flip flops ready to go to Malibu for some delicious dinner when my coworkers said "let's go to the gym to get some workout done then pig out". Ummmm no, I don't do gyms. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a couch potato, I train in martial arts, but i just don't do gyms, and I don't RUN. I was in my flip flops and walked on the treadmill first time in my life, and I thought I was going to die (of boredom). Then my friend said, "I want you to start running, maybe 2-3 miles a day, it's really good for you!" Yeah right. I actually did started running. I downloaded this couch to 5K program on my iphone and it lasted one day. It was really boring, I can't stand it. So, 2 days later, I ran 3 miles (because it sure took a lot less time than walking and running combined). And shortly after, I ran a 5k, then a 12k, then a half marathon. I'm now considering to d a full marathon next year, because I heard you get a Tiffany necklace handed out by some hot Marin county firefighters when you finished! What a motivation!!

Just how exactly did that cute face scare the crap out of you?
I was walking out of Nob Hill and I saw him standing like that with "hair" like the woman in "the ring"!!!
